I am a graduate of Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine and have acquired over 2000 hours of clinical and didactic training in acupuncture. I am a former martial artist, marathoner, personal trainer and lover of adventure, travel and learning. I have also been in the Physical Therapy field as an Assistant for15 years. Having worked with animals, minerals, vegetables and people throughout my life, the most rewarding thing I can think of is serving as a medium to promote health and improve vitality through the ancient medicine of acupuncture.
I decided to become an Acupuncturist years ago on a trip to New Zealand where the Maori word "Koru" captivated me - a term for all necessary events and processes evolving in a natural way, or "Balanced Growth". The symbol associated with that word is the spiral of a young fern frond opening. The simple beauty and deep meaning are simultaneous with the Koru when we trust the unfolding of events in life, when natural processes evolve without striving or force. I use this term with the utmost respect from where it came and hope to serve you in the spirit of the word.
I am more than happy to assist with the evolution of Koru in your life, to bring health, wellness and ease in body, mind and spirit.
